We recently…after nearly 20 years without…purchased a tv for our bedroom. The sole purpose for this television was to be able to lay in bed on Sunday mornings (typically our one day off during the week!) and watch football. There was also a grand plan to watch movies at night and not fall asleep on the couch…because we’re getting old and that’s what we do. 

We have yet to do either one of those things (although football season is just around the corner). 

I do walk into my room most evenings to find this though….

The girls sneak off after dinner and its get super quiet upstairs. We find them in pj’s, snuggled up in our bed happy as can be. 

We’ll see how the tv plays out…so far I don’t have any complaints, but we really don’t turn it on much…yet.
