Tonight we kicked off what seems to be a very full month of holiday festivities. I have filled the calendar with jolly events and I’m fairly certain my family is excited about maybe half of them… Ha!

Blossom of Lights is my favorite and we missed it last year. The year before it was COLD. We got lucky this year and the weather was lovely. Just cold enough to get us in the spirit but not too cold that Annabelle’s eyeballs froze. 

First stop was dinner at Cucina Calore in Cherry Creek. We all shared and ordered a bit of a feast. Everything was delicious!

We made it over to the Botanic Gardens and since it was a weeknight it wasn’t horribly crowded. Parking was easy and the paths through the gardens were not too busy. B and Gwyneth grabbed some hot chocolate to keep warm and Annabelle bundled herself up so we could just see her little eyeballs. She was cracking us up because she’s our girl that is never cold. She fights wearing a coat and would wear tank tops and shorts everyday if she could. She may have been just a wee bit dramatic…. Ha! 

We asked someone to take a family picture for us. Hey, you get what you get right?
