It was a beautiful morning for a visit to Sunflower Farms.
The girls had a great time exploring and taking turns on the zip line.
And then about 5 seconds after this picture, Annabelle got stung by a hornet. Crap! There was a nest in the wheel and she put her hand on it when she was climbing down. She said it hurt really bad, and cried a bit, but really held it together.
We grabbed lunch at Rigazzi’s, one of our favorite finds in Longmont
Annabelle may have milked her sting a bit, but how could you possibly resist that face?
One last trip to paint pottery this summer:

Dinner at Morton’s!
I know this doesn’t seem like a treat to most kids, but Morton’s is their favorite restaurant. They ask to go all the time. Spoiled, perhaps? I just like to think we are raising them with really, really good taste in food. Ok, and perhaps we’re all a little bit spoiled around here.
